We’re headed to Week 3 of the NFL season!
It’s been a crazy first couple of weeks in the NFL season. The Chiefs and Bengals haven’t found consistent offense. Meanwhile, the Chargers and Vikings are both 0-2 to begin the year.
Will anything change in Week 3?

Los Angeles Chargers vs. Minnesota Vikings
I’m not too high on the Chargers this year. The Chargers have allowed at least 27 points in both games to begin the season. The defense did well against Derrick Henry and the Titans offense. But they didn’t force Ryan Tannehill into any mistakes, which was the difference.
Meanwhile, the Chargers don’t know about Austin Ekeler’s health. If he’s unavailable, the run game looks extremely weak. Joshua Kelley ran for 39 yards on 13 carries, averaging three yards a rush against the Titans.
Keenan Allen is the heart and soul of this team. But Minnesota’s secondary hasn’t played that poorly to begin the year. It’s more than likely going to be Minnesota’s best defensive area this year.
Meanwhile, the Vikings will stick around against the Chargers in this one. It’ll be a one-score game. The Chargers and Vikings both enjoy playing these nail-biter games.
However, the Chargers’ secondary is terrible this year. Kirk Cousins and Justin Jefferson will likely have another explosion on offense. The Chargers rarely force turnovers. So if the Vikings can keep the turnovers down, unlike last week, they’ll be in good shape to win this game.
I’ll take the Vikings at +1 at home.
Bet: Vikings +1 (-110)
Dallas Cowboys vs. Arizona Cardinals
The Cowboys look like the best team in the NFL. They just knocked off the Jets, 30-10, and beat the Giants, 40-0.
Why would this game against the Cardinals be any different?
The Giants were down by 21 against the Cardinals in the second half and earned a win with 24 unanswered points. This is the same New York team with no answers against the Cowboys in the season opener.
At one point in Week 2, the Cardinals had a 94% chance of winning their game against the Giants. But they lost.
Dallas will likely have Brandin Cooks back in the lineup for Week 3. Meanwhile, the defense looks so good it’ll likely force multiple turnovers against Joshua Dobbs.
Back the Cowboys at -12.5.
Bet: Cowboys -12.5 (-110)
