Seminole Hard Rock Support Services has announced the promotion of two senior executives. The changes see Stephanie Piimauna being elevated to the position of Senior Vice President of People and Inclusion – a role that also entails her overseeing Human Resources. Piimauna will report to Tracy Bradford, President of Seminole Hard Rock Support Services, to facilitate this.

In addition, Piimauna will also be continuing in her roles as Chief Diversity & Inclusion Officer (including oversight of Tribal Career Development) and Global Social Responsibility – positions that involve her reporting to Jim Allen, Chairman of Hard Rock International and CEO of Seminole Gaming.

As part of this executive update, Meaghan Ryan has been promoted to Head of Human Resources and will be reporting to Piimauna.

Commenting on these appointments, Tracy Bradford stated: “Stephanie has done an incredible job of developing and leading our DE&I efforts and we are excited for her to expand her impact across the organisation in meaningful ways in this new role.

“With the strong leadership of Meaghan to drive our Human Resources efforts, this combination further strengthens our Center of Excellence to drive innovation at the company.”

Piimauna added: “I am deeply honoured to step into this new role and contribute in an even bigger way to our team’s growth and success. Furthermore, I’m thrilled to have Meaghan leading HR for the organisation and am looking forward to our continued partnership in this pivotal area.”

In related appointment news, Hard Rock also announced that John Rees had been appointed as the SVP of Hotel Operations earlier in the year. In this role, Rees is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotels, including both franchise and corporate properties.
